There is an option for everyone to meet their goals, situation and lifestyle.

The situation is that ultimately I'm looking for a mentor, someone I can work through a deal together and create a lasting relationship of bouncing scenarios off of one another, but Im working this transient type of lifestyle for the next 3 years.  

I hope like many others on this site I will be able to find financial freedom and a higher quality of life through this work and lifestyle.

I'm in the middle of downsizing my lifestyle (selling the big house for a cheaper fix and flip, selling the gas guzzler sports car for a hybrid) and just reducing my expense line so I can pump all income into investments.Once all is said in done, I'll probably have a similar amount of money to invest.

The good thing about this grind is that it pays very well and can pave way towards a lifestyle of your choosing.

I previously suffered from analysis paralysis but have decided that his is going to be the year.My plan is to build a portfolio that will cash flow enough for me to quit my full time job and maintain my current lifestyle within 5 years.
