It seems like there's an opportunity for me to lend my skills in underwriting and analyzing deals to those without an extensive background in commercial real estate.

While some may argue it's not necessary to conduct a credit check on their prospective tenant, I argue that it's a very crucial step of the tenant screening process and that any landlord will find value in the information they receive from such report.

If looking for a rehab loan they might not work due to some extensive hoops, but if the place is habitable and and rehab is coming out of pocket or this is a cash out I would check them out.
