Depending on what you find available and how many possessions you have but it’s likely possible to find a decent sized duplex to purchase.

(There are also fancy lofts for much more per bedroom.)I just heard from someone who is looking at my furnished listing that they'd like to pay $950/bedroom and think that's justified based on the other places they're seeing.

These higher prices are likely permanent, as prices rarely deflate (and that can cause a whole other set of economic problems).

Some people/investors see a property and want 100K++ return when the property is listed for 100K and the return should be more like 10K or 20K..

Before we get started we would like to come up solid written business plan that is organized in a clear and concise manner.
