Finding an owner-occupied duplex can be challenging, but rewarding too.I live in an owner-occupied duplex now, it took me a year to find the right one, some cheaper ones give good return, but they are not in decent areas that I want to stay at, then the good ones are expensive, I wouldn't have much net-cashflow when I rent out this side later.
