I want to go in at 80% but my agent wants me to go in at 95%. secondly, i'm getting irritated at time wasted from going to many properties that have NO appeal to me.

If your deal is solid you will not have any problem moving the property.

So it is more complex thank I am making it sound here... but the concept is solid.

In an environment where there are literally hundreds of thousands of good deals, why waste time on a property that is upside down?

It's funny - I don't know if I waste my time or not but I go check out a lot of houses (even the houses I would never buy), just to be informed on the market and the areas.
