The thing about me is that I've done things from more than one angle as opposed to a much bigger Player who does only one type of work from only one angle but has a large business doing it all.  

Another red flag would be if this second property was in the backyard or something awkward to access. 

Typically, I have a very stubborn personality and red tape has never bothered me.

My red flag comes out when they are marked up perhaps by 50% which seems to be the norm.

Less red tape, lower PMI that you don't have to refi out of, much better product.

But, it’s a red flag that they charged you for something that was clearly the tenants fault and I would have a conversation with them about that.
