Plan is to put in new kitchen, replace the two full baths, add hardwood floors/crown moulding throughout plus a skylight or two.Any recommendations would be appreciated.Thank you in advance BPers!

Kitchen cabinets, counters and sink need to be replaced in this unit as does the bath tub and vanity.

Most of the space is fine as-is, except one of the bedrooms is incredibly small and you have to walk through it to get to the other bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen.

Things like updated kitchen and bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, covered parking, fenced back yard, community pool, rec room, etc. may all help increase your rents, but you have to know your market and your target tenants.

There is evidence of past moisture on the ceiling in the kitchen.

In higher end markets like La Jolla for example if you pick up a small house rather than do the usual flooring paint kitchen etc. add a master bedroom or in some cases consider tearing down and rebuilding.

She never updated, original 50s kitchens, bathrooms and even floors ( hardwoods) seriously not one red cent to update in 17 years, even with all that she did just fine.

Hardwood in the kitchen looks amazing.
