New Jersey and New York has one of the most difficult tax laws within the country.

It may not be doable at all in eastern markets with primarily older housing stock for example.

That's why I am currently researching markets outside of Vancouver, mid-eastern states in the US to be more specific.

So you can't compare the prices you're paying to what the rest of the country is paying.
