As far as crime ridden areas:  Avoid the "tree" streets or numbered streets, basically the interior of the city.

Of course most would know better to not hire a guy off the street and put him on the roof so an Umbrella should be sufficient, but thanks for the condescending comment.

Hey @Dominick Fiordimalva, i've been looking in Troy for the past 6 months now and actually got a place under contract on 4th street but slightly further north (it fell through due to structural problems not worth fixing).  

Well after a 15 year fight they just built the largest Indian casino I Northern CA right across the street from me..

I agree it’s largely a spillover play from SF, but Oakland is gaining traction of its own as a vibrant city with **it going on!

@Jimmy Moncrief   Aside from what @Jon Klaus  listed, do you know what will be required in the way of setbacks from the street and sides of property, etc.?

We make it catchy and similar to what the street or area is corresponding to.
