I'm new to this all and have a few questions I'm hoping someone might be able to help me figure out.I'm trying to purchase a 3 bed 2 bath house in a college town.

We don't have kids and I will be as flexible as I can be to accommodate what you need.I'm happy to do whatever you believe would be most helpful, wether that's actually doing some of the rehab work (I'm handy, and can also learn quickly if it's something I haven't done previously), or if you need me to follow up on leads, or walk a property that you can't get to.

My question is that I removed the previous shower faucet and thought that the new shower faucet that we purchased would fit on the old faucet.

Does this typically mean I need to buy an extinguisher for each tenant to have in their unit or just in common spaces (stairwell, basement storage, etc)?

Go for the $$ and not the property to eliminate any guilt you would feel over the previous owner having to be evicted out of her home.This was clearly the bank's fault for the misstep in procedure, so better to go after THEM for payment, not the owner.

I recommend archived files be moved to a different storage location, such as burning them to a DVD or zipping them up and placing them in a cloud storage location different than your main folders.
