Like I quickly learned after college, however, you don't really know anything until you actually, physically do it, so I am anxious (but slightly nervous) to get the ball rolling here in the next month or so.I won't go into the gory details of the business plan, but my general goal is to buy and hold cash flowing SFR's over the long term.

I'm often in Boston so it would be interesting to check out some of their REI events.Definitely get out there and attend some meetings.Few things you can do will ultimately give you a better return for the time than going to these networking events.Be active here on the forums to build up relationships with people and read the articles on BP to learn more about different aspects of real estate.
