It's been on the market for a while with no solid offers.I'm facing the decision of selling the property at break-even or potentially a loss, or renting it and waiting for a better market.

To add to what is already posted, you may look at the greater Indianapolis areas like Anderson and Muncie as well - we've been very active in those markets recently.

He discovered there was high demand for Bachelorette parties, so he turned it all pink and marketed it for Bachelorettes.

You might find a off market priced property but use this to start doing analysis.

@Hunter Gibson   If I can get a deal to cash flow on long term rent with no money out of pocket in a great area I will buy that deal every day regardless if I am underwater..........I wish you the best of luck with this strategy :)

When introducing acquisition services, mention your:- Systems for sharing on and off-market opportunities.- Team: Other agents/brokers, lenders, title, attorney, contractors, inspectors, etc.- Experience in specific areas and with different property types.- Process for analyzing/screening potential deals.- Anything else that is relevant to the individual.
