My husband also built a pet project personal finances tracker app for us (hellofin.app) and it sends me a text every time money goes in or out of our accounts, and we can add a tag to it (like "christmas gifts" rather than the generic bank terms "shopping").

Though the core idea is to network, learn and share your experiences.Also, if you already haven't, I recommend getting the 'Meetup' app to get all such events information directly on your phone.

They are probably the most user friendly by far and their app will track any emails or phone calls between a client so its available to you at a later date. 

Unfortunately I was out of town when the lead came in from a wholesaler, but my wife (and business partner) had me on Facetime (iPhone video chat) during the walkthrough with our GC.
