Over the years I’ve developed relationships with contractors to call when there is an issue with the home.  

If interest rates remain above 6%, we could continue to see homebuyers and home sellers coming to terms with the ‘new norm’ in mortgage rates.

We are in the process of purchasing a home in Bremerton and we live in CA at the present time.

I'm leaning towards using the Hampton Bay off the shelf cabinets (White) that Home Depot sells.  

Interested in purchasing a vacation home in downtown Seattle.

The home had over 1.5 million in equity at the time but that was all they would offer.
