Hello:I have a unit that has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, kitchen, family/front room, and an 'extra' room.

as a starting point, which I will put in my toolbox to meet with the RE attorney.I am appreciative of any helpful nuggets the experienced MH investors in the room have to offer. 

I have decided to rent out a room in my house. 

I'd be tempted, but I'm not always known for being the most mature guy in the room...

This property offered a value add opportunity and had room to increase rent prices.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I see you're from Orlando I just attended a meet up in Los Angeles where a turn key provider with a resort called The Grove was presenting opportunities to purchase some vacation rental condo/ hotel rooms.

This house is 2400 sq ft 4 bedrooms (3 on the main level and 1 in the basement) as well as a family room in the basement.

Help please Asking price: 825K13 units multi family apartments12 units : 2bed/1bath rent for 750$ a month1 unit : efficiency room rent for 400$ a monthWasher/dryer room earns about 400$ a month Apartments in Good shape.Has window units, no central air.

A lot of the larger facilities will take Medicaid if someone comes in private pay and can pay private pay for a year or two years or whatever their guidelines are - some facilities will move you to a different room (shared room or possibly a smaller one) it just really depends on the facilities policies.   

It's a yarn that can catch easily on vacuums and once it does it unravels all across a room.
