Are some experienced investors reading this and predicting failure due to an unexpected maintenance issue, or failure to manage my manager?

We hope to both hit the ground running pretty quickly in the coming months.My question for you guys is this:  Once we become more experienced, do you see value in partnering 50/50 on properties in each other's states for Buy and Hold purposes?  

I think back to when I started in the Milwaukee market and I was terrified but through a long process of  team building we are now rocking and rolling.

You could always find your investor another property to take his mind off of this one.At any rate, i'm just offering a couple of points, it ain't legal advice, and it's not meant to circumvent your DB, or the agencies legal team, or the state of FL.

The Key of course is picking the sub markets - @Kevin Smith you're experiencing that first hand with your hand in both the Austin, TPA,  and the Orlando market and the differences tween them in terms of where they are in the cyclical curve..

Looking to surround myself with both experienced and newbie folks excited about real estate.
