You can clean a property, set up a wireless alarm system, turn the power or the gas on and off, touch up paint throughout a fixed house, go through the MLS, answer the phone, follow a checklist, fetch coffee and donuts, plug numbers into a calculator or spreadsheet, file paperwork, and drive.

Just because you are an agent doesn't mean you've got to drive people around town looking at families.

There are plenty of other options in the Orlando and surrounding areas that could work as well.

The surrounding area is being developed with a number of large residential projects and is about to see a massive influx of money from the owner of the Jaguars.

Hey @Jacob Calbillo,If you drive around a little outside of San Antonio on the south side you will see that there is not too much south of Loop 410.

As far as rentals, you will find better and less risky deals in surrounding small towns (2% rule is achievable in low-crime areas if you are willing to put in the work).
