LJ has lesions on his thalamus [both sides] which causes his brain to signal to the nerves in his body that they are under acute attack [at his worst he was passing out hundreds of times a day from the pain] He also is high functioning autistic and has profound tourettes but that's kindof like worrying about a paper cut when someone is having a heart attack.My son has always had big dreams, even before he became ill.

Title companies will often have this type of data.You can also search your local recorder for Notice of Default filings or the court for Lis Pendens, which are the initial steps for foreclosure on a property.

Yes i'd file immediately but depending on the situation (sounds like she pays rent on time) I'd work with her to make payments especially if this was an unexpected $700 bill and not a case where she just hasn't paid the last 3-4 bills (If the latter then shame on you too lol).I word my lease so that overdue water bills are paid before rent so in this case she would be $700 behind on rent which would make it easier when filing court papers.

,Let's say you only have $300K, and you get sued and the lawyer decides to go to court and let a juror decide, and they give the person that got hurt $2 million now they collect $300k from the insurance company, and they get a judgment against everything you own regards whether it is hiding behind a corp or LLC.
