Keep in mind that a mobile home that is not permanently attached to the ground with the axles removed has a title like a car rather than a deed like real property - it is not real estate until it is "permanently" attached to the ground and the title is surrendered.

I far as I know The loan can be in the name of an LLC but it has to be backed by a personal guarantee. so your name will still be attached to the loan application and the deed but it doesn't mean that you can't have it in an LLC.
