Good motivation for us newbies.

I am eager to continue to read here on bigger pockets in an effort to achieve my goals.  

I am strongly motivated in starting out my REI by purchasing distressed homes, rehabbing and selling (fix and flip?).

I have been able to achieve good income levels with diversification across a variety of geographic markets and asset classes. 

@Alexander Lang thanks for sharing your story, it truly helps to motivate those still on the fence scared to hop over to the other side.
