That small of an area they should all be able to quote you competitively

Live in the Cleveland, OH Area, but, I go wherever the deal takes me.   

Yes they are turnkey and sell in multiple cities across the US.I live in New York and it’s just too expensive here to ever see any positive cash flow so I’m looking to buy out of state.
