For units that still have the door handle lock where they could potentially lock themselves out, I keep a lock box on site.If you do include internet make sure you get the best package.

Also, there are cases where the expenses will be higher, particularly in an RV park that has a large amenity package and daily RV traffic.

If the property is solely tenant occupied you will be looking for a Dwelling/Fire Policy (may be called a Landorrd policy or similar name) or a commercial policy such as a Businessowners or Package polciy.

That said, the turn key properties sold as package deals to the stupid, do sell them above market. 

If you speak with them calmly and reasonably, they might reduce or eliminate the fee (solely at their discretion), but it sounds like that ship may have sailed here.

I have yet to find a software package that works well with weekly rents muchless multiple tennents sharing a house.
