All the material adds up to about $5,000 covering everything; siding, soffit, facia, fasteners, vents, vent covers, utility boxes, even new external light fixtures.

Biggest chunk of that was plumbing at $5,000 to dig concrete, re plumb, build shower, and finish out (install fixtures).

The House has an updated kitchen ( granite counters, custom cabinets, new layout, newer appliances), some new light fixtures, and freshly painted exterior.

If you have no need to keep the property pull anything from the house that might be reused such as antique light fixtures or furniture and sell them to a local dealer.
