Hi @Jonathan Stevens you don't have to re-invent the wheel when someone has already spent days, maybe months developing this. 

BP has a lot of good information regarding real estate in general.We have a great community here on BP in the Canadian Forum; why reinvent the wheel?  

There are quite a few things to take into consideration and instead of re-inventing the wheel I'm wondering if there is a tool (spreadsheet or otherwise) where one can plug in numbers and at a quick glance know if a property is worth a 2nd look? 

I’m taking the capital and reinventing it in a duplex next week, which will in turn be free and clear.

She is focused on giving you the tools to BRRRR anywhere, but I didn’t have my heart set on anywhere specifically so I thought why would I reinvent the wheel.

Not sure why you would reinvent the wheel when eXp has all of this in place yet there are no franchise fees, no headaches and no liabilities!?

No sense reinventing the wheel.

Don't try to reinvent the wheel better than what thousands of other people have found to work best.
