Not saying all are that way but I sure guess they are in all flavors, colors and volts. 

I once baked a really awesome cake, which was subjected to only my opinion about what the ingredients, frosting decorations, and flavor should be.

I think one reason certain areas don't reliably track affordability indexes are the international flavors of these coastal enclaves.

This would give the conference a unique BiggerPockets flavor.

It has a similar flavor to other pureplay vacation markets in that there is a lot of demand, but also a lot of supply, so for you to perform well, separating yourself with a strong listing, and possibly some sort of niche, will be vital.

I'll bet if I looked at your real estate deals there are many that are "not a path I would have chosen. " it doesn't make your deals bad, or  illegal, just not my flavor.

Before traveling I'll always look to see what's out there that isn't a Marriott and has an individual or local flavor.
