I finished the attic, basement and remodeled interior and exterior What was the outcome?

We installed an interior French drain system in the basement, because we knew that the neighborhood is prone to water intrusion.

I have a tenant whose condo suffered a major roof leak, which caused internal dry wall and related damage.

Find one that is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, whom all of those national tenants are a part of and are in the database. 

I’m looking for a list of suggested products (cabinets, flooring, tile, etc) to rehab the interior.

@Rahel Ketema Hello.I have experience installing and working with both HVAC & mini-splits.I did a complete gut and rebuild on my 1994 furnace & cooler - all new internals within the existing chassis.I also installed a Daiken mini-split in my THOW/ADU.

They did not like that.My only other experience was when I visited my then girlfriend, now wife when she was interning at Owens Corning for the summer.

@Tucker Cummings  I have no experience with this platform, but after reading this thread I'd be lying if I said my internal radar wasn't going off while reading this thread.
