You need to drive thru blocks and blocks of areas surrounding a house you like to get the local flavor.

This post is to let everyone know that we will be holding an Auburn, Opelika and surrounding communities investor group meeting on April 16, 2019. 

My advice would be to look in the surrounding suberbs.

If it is surrounded by a terrible neighborhood it will attract bad tenants.

All architectural plans are complete, infrastructure bids are in and ready for groundbreaking, and all civil engineering plans have been finalized--and approved--by all the city and county officials necessary to begin work. 

These properties are generally in need of renovation, such as updating the building infrastructure to bring it up-to-date.

@Walter Key, I know this is quite dated but we are in the Charlottesville area and interested in looking in this area or surrounding areas for an AirBnb. 

@Andrea yes WB and all surrounding boroughs require you to have a property manager that lives within 20miles of the city.

l am looking to shadow any new residential construction or flips in the Lake Charles, La area (surroundings areas) if possible. 

lol Plus commercial brings more to the cities purse than just apt so I think they would be more willing to cut you a break on taxes/infrastructure if you did this.
