The single best thing you can do now is simply get into some good cash flowing deals, and surround yourself with the right team! 

I think it’s powerful to surround yourself with those that have similar interests in mind and I wanted that to be established.

One example I recently saw is the pre-lease of nicely done duplex, 2 beds each side, pre-leased at $1875 to $1925 which was astounding, given that surrounding older duplexes  a similar size were renting at $1100 a side.

My goal is to build a portfolio of rentals in the area. I'm also looking to flip especially now that the market is strong for sellers with the low inventory of houses. Looking for feedback and stories on your experien...

I mean Rhode Island probably isn't going to be as active as other states but do post in each one...or even some surrounding states.

Also here in NYC and surrounding areas, I personally don't see anyone wanting to rent by the room or have roommates for a while.

I do believe the immediate area surrounding the casino may benefit however the casino industry as a whole I believe is struggling right now with the pandemic and the laws on sports betting.
