Who can direct me to someone who is familiar with this concept and also lead me to education on this topic?

Did lot of research online but seems like all the information I gathered so far leads to a dead end.

My business partner and I found a lead.

Take direction, show a willingless to learn, do things you don't want do, and most importantly go find leads so you can make money with your mentor.

Just make sure you have someone certified to deal with lead paint removal if the old siding is painted.I would still consider wood framed properties but proceed with caution and make sure you are taking all of the above into consideration. 

On subsequent projects I showed the contractors my work, so they knew I was "in the know" about their business. 

One other option, that I have used in a situation where there was no commission offered by the Seller,  was to ask the investor to list with me on the subsequent sale of the flip property, and I made my commission then.

I put the leads in Podio and have followup alerts. same with Brokers.

Most recently I had the above list created for .04 per lead.

Otherwise it can lead to resentment (I do ALL the work.....).
