So you will either need to come up with the remaining 20-25% or get the properties at a discount.Also, work on your sales pitch, instead of going for 4 large properties why not start with one or two, secure the funding, get the process down and then go after the others.Build a reputation for yourself on biggerpockets and other forums, share your deals, and people will come to you.

Even if it’s possible it would only be possible if you never had any money of your own even gas from a car or extra cost of food or a plastic bag to bring your lunch and then it would only be a theoretical infinite based on money with no consideration for time yours or someone else’s.
