I can't tell you how many times a prospective tenant has whipped out a compass to see if the rooms/house face the "proper" way.You can ignore it, or worse, make light of it, and lose prospective business; or, you can roll with the flow...make lemonade out of lemons...Close the Deal.

If the walls themselves are not tight (almost a guarantee) look at putting gaskets behind switch/receptacle plates on external walls to stop drafts ... do the same with light fixtures if there is no effective vapour barrier to the attic.

It will sit lower than the tile, so molding like this would work:They didn't have this type of molding for the vinyl plank that I used, so I just chose an equivalent laminate floor color and got the molding for that.If the tile and vinyl are close to the same height, you could just use a T-molding.
