Hello everyone, Quick story.

Even the inspector was upset that he found 1 thing wrong as he wanted it to pass first time.So all in all, a story that was going well....until.I get a phone call about 18 months ago, apparently the neighbor (white) has started putting up racial slurs on the fence line (my tenants are black).

The owner did not say yes, or no (the owner and tenant's stories match up).

I want to get in the habit of posting numbers in these forums to make stories/experiences easier to understand.

Long story short, we are living in hers and are fixing mine up to rent.

(I locked everything up b4 I left.)The moral of the story, there are good ppl and not so good ppls; nevertheless, we need to always look to protect our interests, this is our business and our lively-hood.

Long story short it stinks 590-630 and I am not sure If I can get approved.
