There is no written contract to fall back on and any bank statements of the initial purchase are long gone. 

How can I find more deals, and do more than one at time.... at this rate I'll be in my grave before I hit my goal of initial financial freedom.....

I took a couple steps in the house and knew it was infested with cockroaches.

Ideally, I’d like a pre-screening step between an indication of interest and showing them the property.  

First things first though, I will have to take baby steps before talking to realtors.

There is no purchase, or any steps towards a purchase until the Option in the Option Consideration is exercised.
