Crappy fast food restaurants in an area verse mid-level franchise/national brands verse locally owned bistro style places or cocktail cars can tell you a TON about an area.   

We then, as a family, brought food, drinks, etc. to the person using paper goods to limit their contact with us. 

It is refreshing to see someone as young as yourself interested in taking control of their financial future.

Maybe disposed in the sink and pushed down old food from disposal?

They've been paying for groceries during the pandemic the same way as prior to the pandemic - food stamps.

I do not see the benefit in taking the lower LTV option other than having a lower interests rate.

People need safety, food, and shelter and I believe it is a great service to provide good quality properties for a fair rent.
