I START FREAKING OUT (assuming they were bed bugs)So my dad tells me to get out of my car and take off all of my clothes and ditch them, instead I found the nearest Appartement complex and dived head first into the pool with a 3 piece suit on 😂I'm currently drying up, & have concluded that they were fleas not bed bugs *Sigh of relief* This is the stuff the gurus don't tell you about, but I'm enjoying every minute of this ride😂 Questions: •I'm still deciding weather or not, I should wholesale this deal or buy it & rent it out.

(salt water melts iced goo quicker).i would replace/reset the wax ring (they also make waxless now: rubber cone or foam type). i like to use 2: one is the oversize one, and a regular one to "butter" around any gaps to the connecting tile floor.i would use some lye (about twice per year) (please no drano) or baking soda and vinegar left to bubble followed by large amounts of water.extreme DYI: use a dry/wet vacuum on the push (NOT pull) setting

The water sat for only a few hours before being noticed & it was immediately shop vac'ed out & a blow was used all night to dry the basement floor(concrete/cement).

There's laws against charging excessive interest (i.e. usury laws), but I've never heard of one that says you must pay interest.
