I couldn't disagree more.

I completely disagree that this is a "business loan" as one of the posts claim. it is a commercial real estate loan which is NBD.

Personally I know people will disagree with this but, at 15 do not get a job working in fast food.

Those that disagree have either never been to a meeting or sat in a corner by themselves and didn't chat with anyone.

So, while many people will say that it's easy to find buyers when you have a deal - and possibly even easier than when you don't, I disagree. 

No one will disagree with that.

And, don't forget the new people they hire will start with a much lower total compensation package and when the time comes, they will let go those people that started with a fat Bay Area salary.I don't disagree with you that a lot people will move out of Bay Area, but at end of day, people like SF Bay Area/New York, they will always be the hubs of the world at least in next 50 years.

I see people posting here quite frequently "the roof is only 2 years old, so I don't need to reserve for it" which I disagree with since the roof WILL need replaced and you can save now or save later, but either way that roof will fail, need replaced and cost money at a point in the future, whether or not you have adequate reserves. 

I slightly disagree with @Ned Carey saying describing it any other way is deceptive.

If I have an appraisal that says less, or I disagree with the condition, etc. they will adjust.
