Most renters just want a clean, livable, and nice-looking space to call home. 

And her deep dive had something to do with subdividing land cause she was a genius!

They will be buying nice furnishings, they will clean it after every guest, they will make sure the sink isn't clogged, they the rugs don't get torn, they fix everything bad immediately. 

She has since started cleaning, but has kept having family a crisis on an almost daily basis. 

.- Assembly: lights, smoke sensors, cleaned storm windows, door handles, cabinet hinges and knobs, blinds, lavatory and kitchen sinks, install shower heads and faucets.

Palm Coast seems really attractive it is a very clean, manicured, and newer area. 

Others will use bathtubs for laundry or for cleaning out cooking equipment because they don't like the size of the sink.Married student housing is notorious for being infested with cockroaches and rodents for a reason, and it's not because the universities don't care. 

Excellent schools, major research university, clean air (outside of wildfire season!)

Not a fan of the click variety but I tell folks looking for this type to make sure the edges are deep enough to "click" together (and stay together) easily.
