The SFH originally cash flowed the best at about $900/month until I refinanced it to buy something else.

The ones in S.F. go into specifics of the market, neighborhoods and rental rates, etc.

This fall is the best time of year to buy a house in *my opinion* because you have less competition and often more leverage than during the heat of summer.

Best case you find out you hate house hacking or you can’t make it work financially and saved yourself $300k.
