I got my license through honduras, but have am also at Ohio State University taking the same real estate classes for my undergrad, and yes, there is a difference in the education.But if youre just looking to get your license fast, honduros is the way.

(The university only allows a set amount of seniors to live off campus so I have no carry over tenants ever) This allows me to refresh the houses unobstructed by tenants during that time.
