One example I recently saw is the pre-lease of nicely done duplex, 2 beds each side, pre-leased at $1875 to $1925 which was astounding, given that surrounding older duplexes  a similar size were renting at $1100 a side.

I do believe the immediate area surrounding the casino may benefit however the casino industry as a whole I believe is struggling right now with the pandemic and the laws on sports betting.
