I use Jim Henderson with Landlord Solutions, he's great. 

Jim from the manufacturer says it sounded like we installed Windows adequately and he would be willing to talk to inspector.

I follow an architect here on BP, @Jim Adrian and he usually has some creative and practical ideas for boosting curb appeal.Adding to what @Mike Hanneman advised, I don't think splitting the paint horizontally into two tones is serving any helpful purpose.  

@Jim Hiler I think I mentioned to you that one of my target groups is the 65+ group.
