Older and larger firms with legacy software systems are having a difficult time competing on service, responsiveness, and value with newer firms or those firms that have made effective investments in more modern technology infrastructure.

Hi @Joe YobaccioOur current note buyers use us a) for initial due diligence and b) to monitor the properties with notes they already own.While we do have some very basic note criteria today (position, ltv, amount, lender name), we've never claimed those alone are sufficient for note buyers.

They all have central authorities and boards to monitor, oversee and regulate the people that take part in these industries.  

I monitor local (within 2-4 blocks) areas to see what is being charged for similar bedroom/bath units, and will typically be on the higher end of those price points.  

If the purpose is to monitor the contractor, then updates from the contractor is probably fine.

But $20,000,000 to help "infrastructure and schools" goes pretty quickly.  

Essentially, it's tier 1 in terms of STR infrastructure.2) Yes, and strongly recommended.
