In Queens I started to see properties in the south to south eastern part of the borough that look promising. 

The managing broker is Nick Aalerud a very experienced investor based in Eastern MA.  

I am a wholesaler who works mostly out of eastern Gastonia.

I'll jump in on this thread (even if it's necro), and say that I'd like a Tri-Cities sub or even a "South-Eastern WA" sub to swallow up everything from Walla Walla to Yakima to Moses Lake.

Had bought few courses fm some RE gurus in US and even attended a RE conference in Houston in 2011 too.

Any investors willing to mentor here in Eastern CT?

Hey @Cameron Brulotte, I live in Eastern Washington and will actually be headed to the UW this fall.

I do not know what is customary in New Jersey, but in eastern Massachusetts for example,  you can sometimes get away with even giving 2% to buyers agent and at that point even if you hired a solid seller's agent for an additional 2%, you would only be .5% above what you initially wanted to spend and getting the best of both worlds.

The Eastern Shore consists of more rural areas, lots of farmers, and lower to middle class families.
