@Cheri Banet, the amount you owe has nothing to do with the taxes you will pay. 

The marketing isnt that important in my opinion but the professional photo/ video is a huge game changer and I dont believe that someone is going to make much profit at .5% on the listing side.

It is less than an acre, but zoned for multi-family residential development (town-homes, condos, apartments, etc) Having never been, I know nothing of the potential in Delta Utah.

If you have multiple properties where you can do this, you can finance a very nice lifestyle and still retain the underlying assets.Just curious the groups' thoughts on this?
