For example, my fourplex on fourplex street has housed an er nurse (I think because no one would house her horse-sized dog or have Harley storage); several people working at nearby mines ( shift workers who really want a cheap place to put stuff and crash for two weeks in town); lots of nonprofit workers, two with graduate degrees ( and again big dogs)..

The thought was provoked by sales for the same amount next door and across the street, the houses on which were worth less.

No street parking is permitted.

(13-12-125)...but sometimes I see also a yellow sticker on the building. the building does not have a red cross on it. is the yellow sticker indicative of some major damage such as flood, extensive fire damage or structural damage ?

If she wants a discount, then she needs to go down the street to the discounted properties that are not as well maintained.

I just don't want my wife out on the street when we have paid the property taxes & fixed the place up.

If what is wrong is taxes or 6 crack houses on your street, you usually cant fix that.
