I think I have a good case, but it's really hard to find an attorney to take it nowadays—all the good ones are fully booked and hard to reach.Any suggestions or recommendations on how to approach this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I am a new landlord.

Hello all,I am looking for recommendations for a lender who will fund the acquisition of land and the cost to construct a duplex. 

They have recommended to their other clients get them and as soon as our front loaders need replacing at the 4th house, I will be replacing with these also.

Before you make your decision, check  Furnished Finder to see what the competition looks like and how many have wide open calendars to get a sense of supply & demand.

Hey @Carlos Martinez - I'm a broker & investor in NYC. 1 - Technically getting insurance is on you, BUT it doesn't mean the agent shouldn't be helping you by giving some recommendations lol... it's an odd thing to tell your client that it's not your job anymore. 2 - In terms of paying out of pocket the commission difference, it depends on what agreement you had with your agent.
