Is there more inventory during the spring and summer vs winter?  

Any input will be greatly appreciated.So each unit is 1450sf 3bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two stories, with 2 car garage.Rent is $2400 per unitproperty taxes 1.5%Owner pays for water/sewer $500 per month.

I was waiting until I had a good scenario/question to pose to the group before I made a post so here it goes.I've been speaking with a client of mine who wants to sell his SFH in the Spring area.  

Has anyone leased out parking spaces to self dispensing water & ice machine vendors.

Look at spring hill as well.

Unless it is for financial reasons, I say make your first purchase now, rehab over winter and you'll have it ready to rent by early Spring!

Glenwood Springs is a nice place btw.

Another option is Spring Valley Bank.  

Electronics of course, but also copper pipe, heater, water heater, etc.
