Have any of you interacted or done business with Eddie Speed?

When Ben Bernanke debases the currency (which was a death penalty capital offense in the 19th century), he is creating digital dollars at the speed of light without any distilled work to support the new dollars.

Do your homework, know what you are up against,  stay persistent, find out from others with experience the obstacles and and don't let the speed bumps slow you down.I am also going to give this tax overage business a try also and would like to keep in touch here on this forum to share info on what techniques I am finding that are working and those that are not working.

I tried using my Oregon architect for a new build in Charleston and it was just too much trouble.. even though he was better priced.. plans had to go back and forth as he got up to speed on what was required in that jurisdiction. 

My main question is does anyone have suggestions on possibly some financing possibilities, to speed up the Reno process and get it producing to make a refinance easier.

What is 100% certain, is that all the lots, empty buildings, spaces, warehouses that seemed to be operating at dead slow today are operating at hyper speed and the resurgence is not just a short play, it is a strategic and cohesive redevelopemnt.
