Account Closed  I believe the name will stay on the actual mortgage but the name will change on the deed which I've heard can raise red flags to your bank.

If you are going to manage the property remotely from San Diego, you will need a top notch cleaner that will not only be available on super short notice and keep your property sparkling clean for a reasonable rate, but will also be the one you trust to notify you if the tenants did any damage, left a mess, have problems accessing the unit, etc.

I just ran a property through the flipping calculator and when it gave me my results, on the top it gave me four boxes a blue, a green, a black and a red box.
