Account Closed  I believe the name will stay on the actual mortgage but the name will change on the deed which I've heard can raise red flags to your bank.  

There's also a red fire bell on the front of the property.  

If I wasn't living in this property, than obviously that's a HUGE red flag.

If they balk, it is a red flag.

They have much less red tape and kind of operate on the good ole boy system where if they like and know you they will bend the rules to help you out.Hope this Helps,Jeff V
