If they own 25% or more of the LLC or partnership then it would count.Type of Property Ownership to include in Financed Property Count: Joint ownership of residential real estate.

Ok, so the deed of trust can be verified with the county.One thing to check is that the SAME entity, an LLC in my case, is issuing the trust deed and promissory note.

I buy thru my LLC .I hate dealing with banks and usually use cash for transactions I have been looking at some of the profolio lenders and hate having to create title with their llc.
